Support, Inclusion & Guest Experience

At Wicked Woods, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the magic of the Woods in a way that feels safe, supported, and accessible. We are committed to continuing to improve accessibility across our festival site and to providing options that help reduce barriers for members of our community.

As an outdoor music festival located in a natural environment, Wicked Woods takes place on uneven terrain, forested areas, gravel roads, hills, grass, and rustic campground spaces. While the landscape is part of what makes the festival so special, we recognize that it can also create challenges for guests with mobility needs, disabilities, medical conditions, sensory sensitivities, or other accessibility considerations.

Our team is committed to working with guests wherever possible to support their festival experience. This may include accessible camping options, accessible washroom access, support with site navigation, information about terrain and distances, and coordination with our Guest Services, Public Safety, Medical, Sanctuary, and Harm Reduction teams when additional support is needed.

Clean Water, Hygiene & Guest Well-Being

At Wicked Woods, access to clean water, sanitation, and basic hygiene support is an essential part of creating a safe, healthy, and comfortable festival environment. We are committed to supporting the well-being of our guests, crew, artists, volunteers, and community by providing access to important on-site resources throughout the festival.

Wicked Woods takes place in a natural outdoor environment, and we recognize the importance of planning, prevention, and shared responsibility when it comes to health and sanitation. Our team works closely with site operations, vendors, public safety partners, and service providers to support clean, functional, and accessible sanitation systems across the festival grounds.

Community Responsibility

A clean and healthy festival site depends on all of us. By respecting shared facilities, staying hydrated, washing your hands, and keeping the land clean, each member of our community helps protect the health, comfort, and experience of everyone at Wicked Woods.

Together, we can help ensure the Woods remain a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for all.
