Accessibility Assistance

Support, Inclusion & Guest Experience

At Wicked Woods, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the magic of the Woods in a way that feels safe, supported, and accessible. We are committed to continuing to improve accessibility across our festival site and to providing options that help reduce barriers for members of our community.

As an outdoor music festival located in a natural environment, Wicked Woods takes place on uneven terrain, forested areas, gravel roads, hills, grass, and rustic campground spaces. While the landscape is part of what makes the festival so special, we recognize that it can also create challenges for guests with mobility needs, disabilities, medical conditions, sensory sensitivities, or other accessibility considerations.

Our team is committed to working with guests wherever possible to support their festival experience. This may include accessible camping options, accessible washroom access, support with site navigation, information about terrain and distances, and coordination with our Guest Services, Public Safety, Medical, Sanctuary, and Harm Reduction teams when additional support is needed.

  • Accessibility Support May Include

    • Designated accessible camping options, where available

    • Accessible washroom access in key areas

    • Support with arrival planning and site information

    • Guidance on terrain, distances, and festival layout

    • Connection to Medical, Sanctuary, Harm Reduction, or Public Safety teams if needed

    • Assistance identifying quieter or lower-stimulation areas

    • Support for guests with mobility, sensory, medical, or wellness-related needs

    • Pre-arrival communication to help guests plan their weekend

Guests who may require accessibility support are encouraged to complete our Accessibility Request Form before arriving at the festival. This allows our team to better understand your needs, provide accurate information, and coordinate available support options in advance.

  • While we may not be able to accommodate every request due to the natural layout of the festival grounds, we will always do our best to work with guests respectfully, compassionately, and proactively.

At Wicked Woods, accessibility is not an afterthought; it is part of our ongoing commitment to community care. We are dedicated to learning, improving, and continuing to create a festival environment where more people feel welcome, supported, and able to fully participate in the experience.

Accessibility Request Form: Submit your request here.

  • Wicked Woods is committed to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all guests, artists, crew, volunteers, and community members. Accessibility is an important part of our broader Health, Safety & Community Care framework, and we continue to review our site operations each year to identify where improvements can be made.

Our goal is to provide clear information, thoughtful planning, and respectful support so guests can make informed decisions and feel prepared before arriving on site.
