As stated in the Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement (Schedule A), every participant must be 19 years of age or older to enter the Event. There are no exceptions. Event staff will verify participants' age, and you will be required to present a government-issued photo ID as a requirement for entry. Failure to present the required ID proving your identity and age will result in refused entry.

All ticket sales are final. Wicked Woods Music Festival tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as expressly required by law. WWIS shall not be liable for any refunds, exchanges, or compensation in the event of termination, cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event due to Force Majeure, which shall include, but not be limited to, extreme weather, wildfire, wildfire smoke, evacuation orders, acts of God, government regulations or orders, pandemics, public-health directives, labor disruptions, terrorism, civil disturbance, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of WWIS.

If the Event is terminated after commencement, no refunds will be issued. Tickets may only be transferred through the official User Portal system (see §4).

Optional Third-Party Refund Protection (Refundable Booking). At checkout, participants may elect to add Refundable Booking, an optional refund-protection service provided by an independent third party. If elected, the terms of coverage, eligible refund events, documentation requirements, claim windows, and refund mechanics are governed solely by that third party's terms, which are presented at the point of election. WWIS is not a party to the Refundable Booking agreement, does not administer claims under it, does not guarantee any outcome, and bears no liability for its performance. If Refundable Booking is not elected, the standard non-refundability rule in this §2 applies.

General Admission tickets include access to the Event from 8:00 a.m. Friday, September 3, 2027. WWIS offers early access to the festival grounds from Thursday, September 2, 2027, for a fee (see the Thursday Early Entry add-on at checkout). The Ticket Gate opens at 8:00 a.m. sharp on Thursday, September 2, 2027. Festival guests arriving before this time will not be allowed entry into the Event.

Re-entry to the Event site is permitted through the close of gates on Sunday, September 5, 2027. All attendees, vehicles, trailers, RVs, tents, and equipment must be off the Event site by 12:00 PM Tuesday, September 7, 2027. Items left on the site after that time are subject to §17 (Lost Property & Abandoned Items).

WWIS reserves the right to adjust gate hours in emergency circumstances, including but not limited to safety, traffic, weather, or wildfire concerns. Entry for valid ticket holders may be temporarily delayed or restricted until the situation is resolved.

All approved online sales will automatically generate an individual User Portal under the purchaser's e-mail address. Upon receiving payment, WWIS will email a transaction receipt which includes the Order ID # and instructions on how to log in to the User Portal to view the order online.

The User Portal allows participants to:

• Review their order
• Update payment details for a payment plan
• Transfer items to another person
• Update personal information

Closer to the festival date, all participants will need to log into their User Portal to download their ticket to gain access to the festival. WWIS will email participants with instructions regarding how to download their tickets prior to the festival.

Ticket purchase and User Portal use is contingent on the individual having access to a personal e-mail address. Government-issued photo ID matching the ticket holder's registered name may be required for admission and for any identity-verification requests.

WWIS complies with the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable privacy laws. Personal information collected through ticket purchases and User Portals is used solely for event administration, communications, and services.

Types of Data Collected

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, postal address, and any other information voluntarily provided by users during registration or ticket purchase.
• Non-Personal Information: Browser information, device type, IP address, cookies, and usage data collected through analytics tools.

Purpose of Data Collection

• Event Registration: To facilitate event registration and ticket purchase.
• Communication: To send event updates, confirmations, and important information related to the event.
• Analytics: To analyze user behavior on our website and improve our services.
• Marketing: To send promotional materials or offers related to our events with user consent.

Data Sharing

• Event Organizers: Information provided during event registration may be shared with the Event organizers and their authorized service providers.
• Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers for payment processing, ticketing, analytics, communications, and marketing. These providers may have access to user data as necessary for their services.

Data Security. We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, please be aware that no method of online transmission or storage is entirely secure.

User Rights. Users have the following rights regarding their data:

• Access: Users can request access to their personal data we have collected.
• Rectification: Users can request corrections to inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their data, subject to legal obligations.
• Opt-out: Users can opt-out of receiving marketing communications.

Cookies and Tracking. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience and gather information about user interactions with our website. By using our website and providing your information, you agree to the terms outlined in this data collection clause and our privacy policy.

By entering the Event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded (audio and/or video). These recordings may be used by WWIS for promotional, archival, and informational purposes without additional consent or compensation. WWIS agrees not to use participant images in a false, misleading, or defamatory manner.

Any professional photography, videography, or audio recording requires an official Wicked Woods Media Pass, issued in advance by WWIS. All media captured on the Property is subject to a non-exclusive license granted to WWIS for promotional purposes. Media captured on the Property may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of WWIS.

Parking is provided in a designated area on the Property. Due to the high volume of traffic entering the Property from Highway #93 and #95, WWIS works in coordination with law enforcement to control and direct traffic entering the Festival.

Participants are to obey all traffic signs and directions to ensure safe, orderly entry and exit from the Festival. Participants of Wicked Woods Music Festival must not park on the shoulder of Highway #93 or #95 and must obey all traffic rules. WWIS assumes no liability for damage, theft, or loss to any vehicle or its contents, whether parked on or off the Property.

General Admission tickets include free camping in the designated areas. Participants must only camp in these designated areas on the Property. WWIS reserves the right to remove participants and their personal effects for any participants found camping outside the designated areas.

Participant admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and regulations. Participants must consent to reasonable examination and searches to ensure compliance with all provincial and federal laws, and facility rules and regulations.

Please consult the banned items list: Code of Conduct.

Wicked Woods Music Festival does not prohibit guests from bringing personal-consumption alcohol onto the Event site. Any glass containers or excessive alcohol supplies found in searches will be confiscated at the organizer's sole discretion. Sale, resale, or distribution of alcohol on the Property is prohibited except by WWIS or its licensed vendors.

Any matters involving illegal substances or activities, which are in violation of BC or federal legislation, will be turned over to the RCMP. Participants consume alcohol at their own risk. WWIS assumes no liability for any injury, damage, or loss caused by alcohol consumption or intoxication.

For the 2027 Event, the Property is organized into six named zones: Woodland, Raven, Hidden Ridge, Juniper, Aspen, and Eagle's Nest. Each Camping, Parking, or Accommodation Package is sold either into a specific zone or with the zone selected at checkout, as described in the product listing. Zone selection is honored subject to availability; where site conditions require relocation, WWIS will re-site the Package into a comparable zone at no additional charge.

• Camp Within Your Allocated Site. Participants of Camping Packages will be assigned a designated site. Campsites must be set up only within that designated space. Those failing to comply will be required to reconfigure their setup or risk cancellation of services without refund.
• Site Reservations. Guests with Parking and Accommodation Packages cannot pre-select a specific campsite. Reserved Camping Packages will be assigned by Event organizers at check-in. Guests wishing to camp together are encouraged to arrive at check-in as a group and carpool whenever possible.
• Parking Pass Requirement. A valid Parking Pass is required for every vehicle entering the Event site. Vehicles without a Parking Pass will not be permitted entry.
• Woodland Parking Lot Passes. A limited number of Woodland Parking Lot Passes are available for participants wishing to access first-come, first-serve walk-in camping in designated zones. A Woodland Parking Lot Pass covers a single-vehicle parking spot in the Woodland zone and does not include any tent, camping, or sleeping entitlement in the Woodland lot itself.
• Zone-Specific Camping & Parking. All zone-specific Camping, Accommodation, and Parking Passes will be honored and serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space within each designated zone is guaranteed for valid pass holders; however, the exact location within the zone will be assigned at the discretion of Event staff.
• Parking Pass Allocation. Unless otherwise specified, each Parking Pass grants a single parking space. Parking spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vehicles found parked in unauthorized locations will be towed at the owner's expense.
• Trailer and Motorized RV Packages. Trailer and Motorized RV Packages (Small and Large size classes) are sized to the trailer or RV footprint declared by the Participant at checkout. Dimensions declared at checkout are binding; a trailer or RV that exceeds its declared footprint on arrival may be refused entry or re-sited into the next size class at the then-current price difference, payable on arrival.
• Reserved Campsites. 20x20 and 20x40 Reserved Campsites provide a pre-marked campsite of the stated dimensions (in feet) in the Raven or Aspen camping zone, selected by the Participant at checkout. The 20x20 includes one regular-vehicle decal, together with tents and personal camping gear within the marked footprint. The 20x40 includes one small tow-behind camper (under 21 ft) with its tow vehicle, or one small motorized RV (under 23 ft), together with tents and camping gear. All contents, including any vehicle, trailer, or RV, must remain within the marked boundary.
• Serviced Trailer or RV. Serviced Trailer or RV Packages include 30A/120V power service for the duration of the Package window. Water and sanitary servicing is provided once on Saturday during the servicing window published on the Event website. Participants must ensure their trailer or RV is accessible during that window.
• Glamping Accommodations (Bell Tents, Safari Tents). Pre-pitched tented accommodations are provided with the inclusions (bedding, flooring, lighting) stated in the product listing. Nothing beyond those inclusions is provided. The tent and the land it occupies are for the use of registered guests only, each of whom must hold a valid General Admission ticket.
• Gate Hours & Emergency Adjustments. WWIS reserves the right to adjust gate hours in emergency circumstances, including but not limited to safety, traffic, weather, or wildfire concerns. Entry for valid ticket holders may be temporarily delayed or restricted until the situation is resolved.

WWIS offers Event tickets, Parking Passes, Camping and Accommodation Packages on an installment basis (the "Payment Plan"). The availability of tickets and services purchased under the Payment Plan is limited and the following policies apply:

• Payment Plan Availability. Payment Plans are available online for eligible Tickets, Packages, and Passes for the 2027 Event. Payment Plans were also offered at the official on-site WWIS box office during the WW2026 on-site sales window for the SKUs locked under §24 of Version 1.2, with up to eleven (11) total monthly installments, first installment due at time of purchase and monthly thereafter.
• Payment Frequency. Participants may select the frequency of their payment installments. The payment amounts and dates will be displayed at checkout and will be sent out in the order confirmation email issued after ticket purchase. The first installment must be paid immediately at the time of purchase. Guests can review their payment schedules via their User Portal accounts.
• Important Dates. All payment installments must be completed no later than July 30, 2027. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your ticket, with a credit applied to your account.
• Pre-Authorized Payments. By choosing the Payment Plan option, you authorize WWIS to collect payments from your credit card as set out in the agreed-upon payment schedule.
• Payment Disputes & Chargebacks. Participants must raise any dispute regarding a Payment Plan installment, or any other payment made to WWIS, with WWIS at sales@wickedwoods.ca within fourteen (14) days of the applicable transaction. A chargeback or payment reversal initiated against WWIS without first contacting WWIS to resolve the dispute within that window may, at WWIS's sole discretion, result in cancellation of the order without refund, release of tickets back to the general pool, and reporting to the ticketing platform's payment-service provider.
• Providing Accurate Information. Participants using the Payment Plan must:
  • Provide accurate contact details in their online purchase order
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available on the subject credit card to pay scheduled installments throughout the payment period
  • Contact WWIS regarding any dispute prior to the monthly payment due date. If a Participant believes a payment has been initiated incorrectly, they must email sales@wickedwoods.ca immediately to address the issue.
• Cancellation of Payment Plan. Cancellation of a Payment Plan order must be made prior to the final installment owing. Orders can only be cancelled while within the agreed-upon payment schedule. Once the final payment has been made, there is no cancellation option available. Cancellations will not result in a refund but may be credited to the ticket purchaser's online account for a future Event purchase.
• Credit of Cancelled Payment Plan. If a Payment Plan is cancelled within the agreed-upon schedule (before all installments have been completed), WWIS may issue a credit to the Participant's online account for future Event purchases.
• Cancellation is Final. Once a cancellation occurs, the relevant tickets, Parking Passes, and Camping Package items are released and offered for sale to other Participants.
• Default on Payments. Failure to provide sufficient funds or resolve a failed installment may result in cancellation of your order without refund, and release of tickets back to the general pool.
• Credit Validity. Credits issued for cancelled Payment Plans must be used within 24 months from the date of issuance, after which they expire.

All Participants must comply with our Code of Conduct outlined at wickedwoods.ca/code-of-conduct.

Any participant who violates the Code of Conduct may be immediately removed from the festival grounds and have their Festival Wristband and parking/camping/accommodation privileges revoked, without refund. Law enforcement may be notified. Participants who are removed for a Code of Conduct violation may be prohibited from attending future WWIS events.

The following terms apply to all Hotel & Shuttle Packages purchased for the 2027 Wicked Woods Music Festival. By purchasing a Hotel & Shuttle Package, the purchaser ("Guest") agrees to the following:

• General Admission Requirement. All hotel package guests must hold a valid 2027 Wicked Woods Music Festival General Admission Ticket. Tickets and Early Entry passes are not included in Hotel Packages and must be purchased separately.
• One Room Per Purchaser. Each Hotel & Shuttle Package corresponds to a single room at the Fairmont Mountain View Suites. The purchaser of the package is deemed the lead guest and is responsible for all conduct, obligations, and liabilities of the guests associated with that room.
• Guest Policy.
  • Maximum of four (4) individuals per package.
  • Only registered guests submitted in advance may access hotel accommodations and shuttle benefits.
  • The purchaser will be required to provide names of all guests prior to check-in. No substitutions will be allowed after registration closes.
  • The lead purchaser assumes full liability for the conduct of all registered guests.
• Check-In Requirements.
  • A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for a mandatory damage deposit.
  • A government-issued photo ID matching the purchaser's booking information is required to claim the room.
  • Failure to provide valid ID and credit card will result in denied check-in without refund.
• Transfers. Hotel & Shuttle Packages are non-transferable except by contacting hotels@wickedwoods.ca and obtaining written confirmation from WWIS. Unauthorized resale or transfer will result in cancellation of the package without refund.
• Cancellations and Extensions.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be submitted in writing to hotels@wickedwoods.ca no later than April 1, 2027.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Approved cancellations will receive a credit equal to the value of the package, redeemable toward future Event purchases. Credits must be used within 24 months of issuance or they will expire.
  • Extensions for additional nights (Thursday, September 2 and/or Monday, September 6, 2027) are subject to availability and must also be confirmed in writing on or before the cancellation cutoff above.
• Package Inclusions.
  • Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations covering the core Event weekend: check-in from 4:00 PM Friday, September 3, 2027 and check-out by 11:00 AM Monday, September 6, 2027.
  • Use of festival shuttle services operating between the Fairmont Mountain View Suites and the Event site on a published schedule from 6:00 PM Thursday, September 2, 2027 through 12:00 PM Monday, September 6, 2027.
  • Access to on-site Hotel Guest amenities during the Package window, including a 10% discount at the Hotel's Boardwalk Restaurant and admission to the Sunday afternoon Pool Party at the Suites on presentation of the Hotel Guest wristband.
  • A WWIS on-site Hotel Guest team available on a 24-hour basis for the duration of the Package window to support shuttle, access, and service issues.
  • Festival re-entry fees waived for registered hotel package guests.
• Conduct and Liability.
  • Hotel package guests are subject to the Event's Code of Conduct in addition to hotel policies.
  • Any damage to hotel property, misuse of shuttle services, disruptive conduct, or violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of accommodations, denial of shuttle privileges, removal from the Event, revocation of tickets or wristbands, and/or legal liability for damages.
  • No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused nights, missed shuttles, or early departures.
  • The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WWIS for any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from their actions or those of their registered guests.
• Shuttle Conduct. The shuttle is a shared transportation service. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol, cannabis, or any other substance are prohibited onboard. Passengers displaying signs of intoxication, carrying contraband, or behaving disruptively may be denied boarding and removed by the driver or WWIS staff at the next safe stop, and may be reported to authorities. Items placed in luggage compartments or carried onboard are transported at the Participant's sole risk; WWIS and the shuttle operator are not responsible for loss or damage.
• Shuttle Delays. Scheduled shuttle service may be delayed or disrupted by force majeure events (including but not limited to traffic incidents, road closures, weather, wildfire, wildfire smoke, or police activity), for which WWIS is not liable and no refund or compensation is owed. Where a delay or disruption is caused by WWIS or its shuttle operator (and not by force majeure), WWIS may, at its sole discretion, provide reasonable alternative transportation or other mitigation. No refunds will be issued for delayed, missed, or disrupted shuttle service in any circumstance.
• Force Majeure. In the event of Event cancellation, postponement, or modification due to Force Majeure circumstances (including but not limited to weather, wildfire, wildfire smoke, evacuation orders, acts of God, government regulations, pandemics, or other events beyond the control of WWIS), no refunds will be provided for Hotel & Shuttle Packages. Credits may be issued at the sole discretion of WWIS.
• No Liability. WWIS is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by the Fairmont Mountain View Suites. Accommodations are subject to the hotel's own terms and conditions in addition to these Event policies.

(k) Pet-Friendly Hotel Package Addendum. Where the Guest has purchased the Pet-Friendly Hotel Package, the following addendum applies in addition to the balance of this §14:

1. Pet included in Package price. One pet, declared at checkout, is accommodated as part of the Package price. No additional pet fee is charged by WWIS at check-in.
2. Pet-attendant courtesy visit. The Package includes one courtesy pet-attendant visit per day during the Package window. The visit is a brief wellness check and is not a boarding, sitting, walking, feeding, or veterinary service. Nothing in this §14(k) relieves the Guest of primary responsibility for the pet.
3. Owner responsibility. The Guest is at all times fully responsible for the pet, including conduct, waste, damage to the Fairmont Mountain View Suites, and interaction with other guests and staff. The Guest agrees to indemnify WWIS and the Fairmont Mountain View Suites against any claim arising from the pet.
4. Hotel-only authorization. The Pet-Friendly Hotel Package authorizes the declared pet at the Fairmont Mountain View Suites only. It does not authorize the pet to be brought onto the Property. The rule in §20 continues to apply at the Property without modification.
5. Breed, size, and welfare limits. WWIS reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any pet whose breed, size, temperament, or evident welfare condition presents a risk to other guests, staff, or the pet itself. In that case, WWIS will issue a full refund of the Package price.

WWIS does not operate, endorse, authorize, or have any affiliation with third-party ticket sales, resale, or exchange platforms. Any transaction between participants conducted outside of the official User Portal is undertaken at the participants' own risk. WWIS has no obligation to verify, mediate, resolve, refund, or otherwise assist with any third-party transaction, including but not limited to fraud, non-delivery, or disputes over payment.

Ticket transfers must be made through the User Portal. Once a transfer is completed within the User Portal, the transferring Participant has no right to reverse or cancel the transfer. WWIS may, at its sole discretion, cancel tickets sold or transferred in violation of these Terms without refund.

Participants may not advertise, promote, or represent themselves using the Wicked Woods Music Festival name, marks, or branding without prior written authorization from WWIS. Participants may not falsely represent themselves as official Event representatives, staff, media, or vendors.

Participants may not sell, barter, advertise, or distribute goods, services, merchandise, camping space, parking space, accommodations, or any other items on the Property or in connection with the Event without prior written authorization from WWIS. Violators may have their tickets cancelled, wristbands revoked, be denied entry, removed from the Property without refund, prohibited from attending future events, and may be subject to legal action.

WWIS is not responsible for any lost or left-behind property. Reasonable effort will be made to collect items via the Event Lost & Found. Return shipping of small items is at the participant's expense.

Larger property left on the Property (including but not limited to vehicles, tents, trailers, campers, and RVs) will be considered abandoned fourteen (14) days after the close of the Event. Vehicles remaining on the Property beyond that period may incur a storage fee of $250.00 CAD per week, and WWIS may, at its sole discretion, arrange for towing and off-site storage at the owner's expense.

Festival Wristbands are the sole credential for entry to the Event site. Once activated and issued, a wristband is non-transferable and may not be removed, cut, stretched, resold, or worn by any person other than the individual to whom it was issued. Tampered, damaged, or altered wristbands will be voided without refund and may result in removal from the Property.

Lost wristbands may be replaced at the sole discretion of WWIS and may be subject to a replacement fee. Proof of purchase and government-issued photo ID matching the original ticket record are required for any wristband replacement request.

The following items and activities are prohibited on the Property. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive; the full prohibited-items list is maintained at wickedwoods.ca/code-of-conduct.

Prohibited items include:

• Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives beyond utility use, bear spray beyond personal defensive use, etc.)
• Fireworks, flares, and other pyrotechnics
• Illegal substances (see §10)
• Glass containers (see §10)
• Personal generators exceeding published wattage limits, and any equipment producing excessive noise outside designated quiet-hour windows
• Open fires and campfires outside of Event-designated fire pits (subject to any BC Wildfire Service prohibitions in effect at the time of the Event)
• Drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles without prior written authorization
• Amplified sound systems producing sound audible beyond the immediate campsite

Prohibited conduct includes: harassment, hate speech, violence, sexual misconduct, theft, vandalism, unauthorized entry into restricted zones (including artist and production areas), and any conduct in violation of the Code of Conduct or applicable law. Violations may result in immediate removal from the Property without refund and, where warranted, referral to the RCMP.

Pets are not permitted on the Property. Any pet found on the Property may be removed at the owner's expense, and the owner may be denied continued entry without refund.

Pet-Friendly Hotel Package carve-out. The Pet-Friendly Hotel Package (§14(k)) authorizes a declared pet to be accommodated at the Fairmont Mountain View Suites only. This carve-out does not extend to the Property; a pet accommodated under a Pet-Friendly Hotel Package may not be brought onto the Property under any circumstance, including transport by shuttle.

Service animals meeting the definition set out in the British Columbia Guide Dog and Service Dog Act are welcome. Participants attending with a service animal should notify WWIS in advance at safety@wickedwoods.ca so that appropriate camping and site arrangements can be made.

Participants must not operate or attempt to operate a vehicle on the Property while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, drugs, medication, or any other substance. WWIS and its staff may, in their sole discretion, prevent the movement of any vehicle, retain vehicle keys, notify the RCMP, or take other reasonable safety measures where impairment is suspected. Participants and vehicle owners agree to indemnify WWIS for any costs, damages, or liabilities arising from impaired operation of a vehicle on or departing from the Property.

By entering the Event, the Participant consents that, in the event they are incapable of consenting to health care, WWIS and its staff, contractors, or agents may summon licensed emergency medical personnel and authorize emergency treatment on the Participant's behalf. Treatment will be provided with the Participant's consent where the Participant is capable, or where consent is authorized under the British Columbia Health Care (Consent) and Care Facility (Admission) Act.

The Participant is solely responsible for any out-of-pocket emergency medical or transportation costs (including ambulance fees) not covered by the Participant's insurance or provincial health coverage.

The Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal health information as reasonably necessary for emergency treatment, payment, and insurance purposes, in accordance with the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act.

WWIS is committed to making the Event as accessible as reasonably possible given the outdoor festival environment. Participants with accessibility needs (including but not limited to mobility, vision, hearing, or medical considerations) are encouraged to contact safety@wickedwoods.ca in advance of the Event so that appropriate arrangements can be made where feasible. Accessibility requests are handled on an individualized basis and cannot be guaranteed where site conditions do not reasonably permit accommodation.

All on-site Point-of-Sale Purchases of 2027 Event tickets, Packages, and Passes made at any official WWIS on-site box office, including without limitation the WW2026 on-site box office that operated during the 2026 Wicked Woods Music Festival (September 2026), are and remain governed by §24 of Version 1.2 of these Terms (effective 2026-09-02), which is incorporated into this Version 1.3 by reference. Version 1.3 does not amend, supplement, or displace Version 1.2 §24 as to any such on-site Point-of-Sale Purchase.

Where WWIS operates an on-site box office during the 2027 Event itself, the specific SKUs offered, pricing, and payment-plan options will be published on the Event website prior to the Event, and the relevant terms will apply as published at the point of sale.

The rules set out in these Terms governing on-site conduct, including without limitation §9 (Vehicle and Personal Effects Search), §10 (Alcohol and Illegal Substances), §13 (Conduct), §16 (Misrepresentation & Unauthorized Commercial Activity), §18 (Wristband & Credential Policy), §19 (Prohibited Items & Conduct on Site), §20 (Pets & Service Animals), and §21 (Impaired Driving & Vehicle Movement), apply to every person physically present on the Property during the Event period, whether or not that person holds a valid Ticket, credential, Hotel & Shuttle Package, or other agreement with WWIS. Entry onto the Property constitutes acknowledgment of and consent to these on-site rules, and to removal, detention pending RCMP attendance, and other reasonable enforcement by WWIS or its authorized security personnel for breach of these rules or for unauthorized presence on the Property. This §25 does not displace, and is in addition to, WWIS's rights at common law and under the British Columbia Trespass Act.

All prices displayed on the Event website are exclusive of applicable taxes and ticketing-platform processing fees unless otherwise indicated. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (PST) are added at checkout at the rates in effect at the time of purchase. For Hotel & Shuttle Packages, PST on accommodation and, where applicable, Municipal and Regional District Tax (MRDT) apply in addition to GST at the rates then in effect for the Property. Processing fees are non-refundable except where the full purchase price is refunded.

The Weekend Shuttle + Reset Pass is a day-use product that provides a camping or Event-site Participant with access to the Fairmont Mountain View Suites for amenities and reset time during the Event weekend, together with scheduled shuttle service between the Fairmont Mountain View Suites and the Event site. It is not an accommodation product and does not include overnight stay.

• General Admission Requirement. A valid 2027 Wicked Woods Music Festival General Admission Ticket is required to purchase or use a Weekend Shuttle + Reset Pass.
• Amenity Window. The Pass provides access to the Fairmont Mountain View Suites day-use amenities, as published to Pass holders in their confirmation, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the Event weekend. The published list of amenities is final; WWIS may vary it for operational reasons on reasonable notice.
• Shuttle Windows. Scheduled shuttle service for Pass holders operates between the Fairmont Mountain View Suites and the Event site on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the Event weekend, on a published schedule communicated to Pass holders in their confirmation. The schedule provides Suites-bound (up) service during the Pass amenity window and Event-bound (back) service at the close of that window each day, with a daily changeover blackout aligned to the Hotel & Shuttle Package rotation. WWIS may vary the schedule, including specific pickup times and blackout timing, for operational, safety, or traffic reasons on reasonable notice.
• Sunday Pool Party Overlap. The Pass includes access to the Sunday afternoon Pool Party at the Fairmont Mountain View Suites during its published hours, which overlap with the Pass amenity hours. Pool-safety and conduct rules published on-site apply to all attendees without exception.
• No Overnight. The Pass does not include any overnight accommodation at the Fairmont Mountain View Suites. Pass holders must vacate the Fairmont Mountain View Suites by the close of the amenity window each day.
• Transfers. The Pass is personal to the Participant and is non-transferable except through the User Portal.
• Non-Refundable. The Pass is non-refundable in whole or in part. Optional Refundable Booking under §2 may provide third-party refund protection on different terms.
• House Rules. The Fairmont Mountain View Suites' published house rules apply to Pass holders in full. The Pet-Friendly carve-out in §14(k) does not extend to Weekend Shuttle + Reset Pass holders; pets are not permitted at the Fairmont Mountain View Suites under this Pass.

The Weekend Shower Pass is a day-use product that provides a camping or Event-site Participant with on-site shower access during the Event weekend.

• General Admission Requirement. A valid 2027 Wicked Woods Music Festival General Admission Ticket is required to purchase or use a Weekend Shower Pass.
• Access. The Pass provides unlimited access to the on-site shower facility designated for Weekend Shower Pass use, during the hours published to Pass holders in their confirmation and posted at the facility. WWIS may vary published hours for operational, safety, or water-supply reasons on reasonable notice.
• Scope. One Pass per Participant. Shared or group use is not permitted; sharing a Pass does not grant access to additional persons.
• Transfers. The Pass is personal to the Participant and is non-transferable except through the User Portal.
• Non-Refundable. The Pass is non-refundable in whole or in part. Optional Refundable Booking under §2 may provide third-party refund protection on different terms.
• Facility Conduct. Shower-facility conduct rules posted at the facility and published to Pass holders in their confirmation (hygiene, time limits during peak hours, personal belongings, water-conservation measures) apply to all Pass holders without exception. Violation may result in revocation of the Pass without refund.

At checkout, Participants may elect to add one or more donation line items to their order. For the 2027 Event, the donation partners are:

• ANKORS Harm Reduction
• Brain Garden
• Columbia Valley Christmas Bureau

The following terms apply to all Checkout Donations:

• Pass-Through. Donations are collected on behalf of the named partner and are passed through to that partner in full, net of unavoidable payment-processing fees applied by the ticketing platform's payment-service provider. WWIS does not retain, re-allocate, or route any portion of a donation to any purpose other than the named partner.
• Not a Good or Service. A donation is a voluntary contribution to the named partner. It is not consideration for any good or service provided by WWIS, the named partner, or any production or operations partner. No admission, access, amenity, or benefit at the Event is conditioned on making a donation.
• Non-Refundable. Donations are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. Optional Refundable Booking under §2 does not apply to donation line items.
• Charitable Receipts. WWIS is not a registered charity and does not issue official donation receipts for income-tax purposes. Where a named partner is a registered charity and issues such receipts, that partner's receipting terms, minimum donation thresholds, and processing timelines apply. Receipt issuance by a partner is a matter between the Participant and the partner; WWIS is not responsible for issuance, timing, or content.
• No Endorsement Implied. Inclusion of a partner at checkout reflects a direct working relationship with the Event. It does not constitute an endorsement by the named partner of any product, policy, or statement of WWIS, and does not create a joint venture, partnership, or principal-agent relationship between WWIS and the named partner.
• Partner Changes. WWIS reserves the right to update the list of donation partners between editions and, where operationally necessary, within an edition on reasonable notice.

Where Wicked Woods Music Festival merchandise is offered for sale through the Event's online store, the following terms apply to all merchandise orders:

• All Sales Final. Merchandise orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law. Optional Refundable Booking under §2 does not apply to merchandise line items.
• Processing & Shipping. Orders are processed in the order received. Processing timelines are published at checkout and may extend during peak periods. WWIS is not liable for carrier delays, lost shipments in transit, or damage occurring after dispatch; liability is limited to the merchandise cost.
• International Shipping. Where merchandise is shipped outside Canada, any duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
• Missing or Non-Delivery Claims. Claims for missing or non-delivered merchandise must be submitted to sales@wickedwoods.ca within eighty (80) days of the shipping date (for tracked shipments) or eighty (80) days of the order confirmation email (for untracked shipments). Only WWIS will initiate carrier claims. Compensation, if any, is at WWIS's discretion.
• Product Variations. Minor variations in color, fabric, material, sizing, or trim do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refund or exchange.

The Participant understands and is aware that the Activities involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. The Activities include, but are not limited to, dancing, walking, swimming, camping, and general recreation in conjunction with using the facilities and amenities located on the Property. The Participant may sustain serious injury, including but not limited to temporary or permanent disability, paralysis, death, and property damage. Such risks and dangers may be caused by the Participant's own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others who are also participating in the Activities, the condition of the Property, adverse weather conditions, wildfire, wildfire smoke, the conduct of other Participants at the Event, or the negligence of WWIS, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors, and assigns ("Releasees").

PARTICIPANT VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS THAT MAY OCCUR PURSUANT TO PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING THE RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF WWIS OR OTHERWISE, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by WWIS.

Participant acknowledges and represents that:

1. Participant is qualified to participate in the Activities and is 19 years of age or older;
2. Participant will at all times wear appropriate attire for an outdoor music festival and while participating in the Activities as an attendee of the Event;
3. Participant understands that unless they have purchased a specific Camping or Accommodation Package, they are responsible for their own provision of overnight sleeping gear should they be camping at any time during the Event;
4. Participant shall at all times follow all the rules and regulations for the Activities and of the Property, including rules governing parking, camping, shuttle, and accommodation services offered by Wicked Woods Music Festival, and any other rules and regulations that may be established or modified by WWIS, which are presently attached to this Agreement as "Schedule A: 2027 Wicked Woods Music Festival Rules & Ticket Sales Policies";
5. Participant has informed themselves about the Activities that will be involved in the Event, either by previous participation in the Activities or pursuant to their investigation;
6. Participant will not consume or be under the influence of any illegal substances at any time of participating in the Activities;
7. Participant has fully read and understands each of the provisions of this Release and acknowledges that the Participant is voluntarily waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to sue WWIS and the Releasees.

Participant hereby agrees to waive and release any and all claims which Participant has or may have in the future against WWIS and the Releasees arising from the participation of the Activities for any injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, damages, liabilities, expenses, costs, and/or causes of action, now known or hereinafter known in any jurisdiction in the world, whether caused by the negligence of WWIS, the Releasees, or by any other reason. Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Release is a complete release of any responsibility of WWIS and the Releasees for any injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, damages, liabilities, expenses, costs, and/or causes of action sustained by the Participant while participating in the Activities.

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold WWIS, along with Releasees, harmless from and against any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable outside attorneys' fees and court costs, to the extent arising out of the Participant's participation in the Activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether or not arising out of WWIS and its Releasees' (1) negligence or willful misconduct; (2) violation of applicable law; or (3) material breach of any of the terms of this Release, and/or the Code of Conduct provided on the Wicked Woods Music Festival website at wickedwoods.ca/code-of-conduct.

Participant acknowledges and agrees that he or she is aware that WWIS and the Releasees have no duty to supervise the Activities of the Participant. The Releasees assume no responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of WWIS, the Releasees, or any such related persons.

The Participant acknowledges that communicable diseases (including, but not limited to, COVID-19 and influenza) present inherent risks of illness, injury, or death. As a condition of entry, Participants voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or expenses incurred in connection with exposure to communicable diseases or public health risks while attending the Event.

This Release is the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreement or communications between the parties, whether written, oral, electronic, or otherwise. Except as expressly provided in this Release, there are no representations, warranties, conditions, other agreements or acknowledgements, whether direct or collateral, express or implied, that form part of or affect this Release.

This Release shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws in force in British Columbia, excluding any conflict of laws rules or principles which might refer such construction to the laws of another jurisdiction. The Parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia and waive any objection relating to improper venue or inconvenient forum to the conduct of any proceeding in any such court.

In the event that any term or provision, or any portion of a provision, of this Release is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

• Hotel accommodations at the Fairmont Mountain View Suites, use of associated shuttle transportation, and use of the Weekend Shuttle + Reset Pass product (collectively, the "Accommodations Services") are subject to these Terms and Conditions, in addition to all applicable hotel policies and shuttle-operator regulations.
• Participation in Accommodations Services carries inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with lodging facilities, use of amenities (including pool and aquatic amenities), transportation to and from the Event, and the conduct of other guests. The Participant assumes all such risks voluntarily.
• WWIS is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conditions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to the Fairmont Mountain View Suites, shuttle operators, their employees, contractors, or agents.
• The purchaser of any Hotel & Shuttle Package or Weekend Shuttle + Reset Pass is fully responsible for the conduct of all registered guests under their booking, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WWIS and the Releasees for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from such guests' actions.
• No refunds will be provided for any Accommodations Services under any circumstances. Cancellations, if approved, will be subject to WWIS's credit policy.
• Any damage to hotel property, misuse of shuttle services, or violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of accommodations, removal from the Event, and/or legal liability for damages, without refund.
• Where the Participant has purchased the Pet-Friendly Hotel Package, the additional risks and responsibilities associated with the pet described in §14(k) are assumed by the Participant as a condition of purchase.
