Through a dynamic blend of sounds and styles, we create a musical journey that resonates deeply with our community. Due to high demand, only a select number of applicants will be approved for 2026. We are grateful for every application and maintain a record for future consideration!

Performance Applications
Creative performance adds dimension to the festival experience, transforming sound into motion and spaces into living scenes. From dance, gogo, and aerial arts to flow, LED, and fire performance, we celebrate artists who transform space into experience and bring the unseen to life.
We are deeply committed to diversity, expression, and community. Our programming prioritizes a balance of regional talent, emerging creatives, and established performers, with meaningful space held for local and Indigenous artists. Each performance is carefully curated to complement the environment, the music, and the collective journey of our audience.
Due to the high volume of submissions, only a select number of creative performance applicants will be approved for the 2026 season. We are endlessly grateful to the artists who share their craft with us and help shape the spirit of Wicked Woods.

Art Applications
We are searching for visionary artists to help transform the festival into an immersive, interactive world of creativity. From large-scale murals to glowing installations, live painting, and gallery exhibitions, this is your chance to leave your mark on the Woods.

The Aurora Gallery is a curated exhibition space celebrating visual artists across all disciplines; painting, photography, mixed media, digital art, and beyond. More than just a display, this gallery is a gathering place for creativity, where artists can showcase and sell their work while actively contributing to the festival experience.
Selected artists will have the opportunity to engage with the community throughout the weekend. Whether by displaying finished pieces, painting live, or creating in-the-moment works inspired by the energy of Wicked Woods. This dynamic space is for artists who want to immerse themselves in the festival, sharing their process, passion, and vision with others.

Large-scale, statement-making murals turn Wicked Woods into a living art gallery. We are looking for muralists with bold concepts that fit the festival’s immersive environment.

Some moments deserve to be remembered forever. The way the lights dance through the trees, the pulse of the crowd, the electric connection between an artist and the audience. This is Wicked Woods, and we need creators like you to help capture it.
Every festival tells a story, and through your lens, you have the power to preserve the fleeting magic of the moment. From the first note of a set to the final sunrise, we’re looking for photographers and videographers who can bring the festival to life with their unique perspectives.
Join a media team made up of seasoned professionals and fresh creative voices, learn from industry pros, and immerse yourself in one of the most visually stunning festival landscapes. If you have a passion for storytelling, festival culture, and capturing the unexpected, we want to see your vision.

Vendor Applications
Join our vibrant Vendor Market and become part of the magic at Wicked Woods! This carefully curated marketplace showcases craftsmanship, creativity, and exceptional service. We’re looking for passionate vendors offering a variety of food, services, and artisan goods that elevate the festival experience. Our Vendor Market will be open from Thursday, Sept 3rd to Monday, September 7th.
