The Wicked Woods Street Team is a group of passionate community connectors who help share the festival spirit year round. Street Team members represent Wicked Woods in their local scenes by building real connections, spreading the word online and in person, and showing up with care, creativity, and intention.
If you love music, community, and bringing people together, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
As a Street Team member, you will help grow the Wicked Woods community through a mix of in person outreach and online engagement. This includes:
Attending music and art events in your local area
Sharing Wicked Woods through conversations, content, and creative ideas
Completing fun quests that support festival promotion and community growth
Acting as a positive and informed ambassador for Wicked Woods values
Connecting people to tickets, applications, and festival information
You choose how you show up based on your strengths and comfort level. Some members thrive in conversation, others through content creation, and many through a mix of both.

Street Team members are ambassadors of the Wicked Woods community. This role requires care, respect, and accountability. All members are expected to follow Wicked Woods policies related to conduct, consent, and safety.
This is an ongoing role with participation throughout the year.

No formal experience is required. What matters most is reliability, communication, and a genuine interest in sharing Wicked Woods with your local community.

Street Team members earn points by completing missions throughout the year. Missions may include in person outreach, content creation, event attendance, or community engagement. Points can be redeemed for rewards such as festival tickets, Early Entry, camping, merch vouchers, food vouchers, and more.

Missions are monthly tasks that help spread the Wicked Woods vibe and support the festival. Some missions are flexible and location based, while others are tied to specific moments like ticket launches, announcements, or showtime activity.

Showtime missions take place during the festival season and on site at Wicked Woods. These missions focus on in person presence, community support, and representing the festival during key moments. A strong in person team is essential for these roles.

Yes. After applications are reviewed, selected applicants will be invited to a short interview. This helps ensure alignment, answer questions, and set expectations on both sides.

This is an ongoing role with participation throughout the year. Monthly missions will be released regularly, and team members are expected to stay engaged and communicative.

Yes. We will host monthly team meetings to stay connected, aligned, and supported. These meetings are an important part of the Street Team experience.

Yes, attending the festival is mandatory to be a part of the Street Team, especially for those participating in showtime missions. You are part of the team spreading the good word about Wicked Woods, sharing your personal experience is what will encourage new faces to join in the fun the most!
